Configure your lock
Lock Protections
Optional safeguards you may enable before signing. Protections left unconfigured remain unrestricted once the lock is claimed.
Set a ceiling on the total debt your keyholder can impose. Without this, there is no limit.
Cap the maximum amount debt can be increased in any single raise.
Restrict how often the debt can be raised — e.g. no more than once per week.
Prevent keyholder from restricting your access to payment platforms. Without this, they may block you at any time.

This agreement ("Contract") is entered into voluntarily by the undersigned ("Sub") in favor of their designated Keyholder ("Keyholder"), effective upon electronic signature and Lock activation via the Digital Locks platform.

Article I
Debt Obligation

Sub acknowledges and accepts an ongoing financial debt obligation to Keyholder. The initial debt amount shall be set at Keyholder's sole discretion upon claiming this lock. Sub expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. The outstanding debt balance may be increased by Keyholder at any time, without notice, in any amount, with no upper limit whatsoever.
  2. Sub waives all rights to dispute, negotiate, or appeal any change in debt amount made by Keyholder.
  3. The debt is considered active from the moment the Lock is activated by Sub.
  4. Sub acknowledges that the debt structure is intentionally designed to exceed any predetermined limit, and that this outcome is a desired feature of the arrangement, not a defect.
Article II
Lock Authority

Sub grants Keyholder exclusive and irrevocable authority over the physical chastity device ("the Lock"), including:

  1. The sole right to authorize device removal, regardless of duration.
  2. Authority to determine the duration of any locked or unlocked period, without stated reason.
  3. The right to modify lock status at any time, at Keyholder's complete discretion.
Article III
Transfer of Control

Sub acknowledges that upon claiming of this lock by Keyholder:

  1. Sub's email address is removed as an administrator of this lock.
  2. Keyholder becomes the sole authorized controller of all lock functions.
  3. These rights persist until both parties agree to termination in writing.
  4. Sub acknowledges that Keyholder may restrict or terminate sub's access to any payment platform at any time. Sub waives all rights to dispute or recover tribute payments already made to Keyholder, whether or not payment platform access is subsequently restricted.

General Provisions

Sub enters this agreement freely. Sub acknowledges this is a consensual adult arrangement and that they have read and understood all terms above.
